About ENJO Australia’s Marketing and Sales Campaign
ENJO Australia launched Santé by ENJO. A refreshing rebrand and extension of the existing ENJO skin care range that looks to redefine skin care routines, offering ENJOpreneurs (Sales Consultants) the exciting opportunity to reaffirm ENJO’s relevance in the market, reach a new customer demographic and increase their skin care sales.
Consumer data indicated spending trends that favoured environmentally responsible products, and exciting potential in the growing teen and male skin care markets, the perfect time to launch Santé by ENJO skin care.
The dynamic two-stage launch allowed for a sales-consultant focus followed by a high-profile media launch for maximum impact. The multifaceted campaign utilised a recognised and relevant brand ambassador, Isabel Lucas, social strategic influencers, launch event and online native and programmatic advertising to drive online presence.
Quality key media engagement resulted in amazing press coverage, a 66.2% increase in skin care sales accounting for 30% of total monthly turnover. New consultant enquiry rates have risen, and consultant demo rates have also increased. Sales consultants earn commission from online sales which has seen the database reach grow. Excellence in Sales Field Development Award
Winner: The Juice Plus Company Australia & New Zealand
Sponsored by Village Roadshow Theme Parks
About The Juice Plus Company’s Program
Sales field development has been a huge focus for the Juice Plus Company Australia and New Zealand (JPCANZ) over at least the last 5 years. We believe that for individuals to have successful businesses without upper limitation, individuals must grow personally and professionally.
In the last twelve months JPCANZ has developed an integrated program that pulls some of our previous focus on personal and professional development into an integrated, structured program that heavily relies on accountability. This centres around the Juice Plus Leadership Academy including an online learning portal, group and individual coaching, bonus awards and recognition.
The program integrates several previously distinct strategies that have been developed over the last few years. The key component that has enabled this integration is the Leaders Academy, a purpose-built platform that was codeveloped by JPCANZ’s Sales and Marketing Director and an external firm that has dealt with and understands the needs of Direct Sell companies. The desired outcome was to create a learning and coaching program that empowers our Virtual Franchisees to move through the compensation plan and become better people and leaders as a result, while providing recognition and financial incentives along the way.
