DSAA and CMA join forces to recognise excellence in the direct selling of complementary healthcare products.
In a partnership with Complementary Medicines Australia, the DSAA has supported a new Social Selling Award which was won by Herbalife Australia at the CMA Annual Awards in Sydney on 29 October.
The award recognises excellence demonstrated by an organisation that provides quality complementary medicines to consumers via the vibrant and growing direct selling sales channel. The award’s criteria includes excellence in delivery of training and support for field
Representatives; demonstrated excellence in product and/or marketing innovation; and, recognition for exceptional standards and quality assurance.
Herbalife has shown great commitment and success in all these areas and is a worthy winner of this award.
In another prestigious award, Ric Hobby, Vice President, Worldwide Government Relations at Herbalife International was the winner of the CMA’s ‘Most Outstanding Industry Contributor of the Year’ Award.
This award honours and recognises a consistent and dedicated contribution to the advancement and promotion of the complementary healthcare industry in the last year.
Ric has been with Herbalife for 27 years, primarily in overseas markets and, now based back home in Australia, is a driving force in the complementary healthcare industry. Ric has been the Chairman of the International Alliance of Dietary/Food Supplements Associations since 2014 and in this role as well as with Herbalife he leads advancement of the industry worldwide.
