Muswellbrook mum named top Australian Thermomix consultant

SWEET CAREER: Hazel Forder, 2, helping her mother Elisha in the kitchen with their Thermomix.

SUCCESS tastes pretty good.

And, for Elisha Forder, being named Thermomix’s Number One Australian consultant is the icing on the cake of a rewarding career.

In her role, the Muswellbrook mum hosts demonstrations with the German kitchen appliance, aiming to make meal times for local families cheap, simple and healthy.

Her detail and care when dealing with customers is important to her, but it has also landed her a number of exciting opportunities, including international holidays.

When she was named in the top 50 Australian consultants, she enjoyed an all expenses paid trip to Las Vegas.

In 2017 she will visit Auckland with her husband, and she also has her sights set on upcoming opportunities within her work.

Earlier this year, the star employee was named top of 3000 Australian consultants.

Since she started in the job, she has been guiding local families in their Thermomix journey, and hosts more than 10 in-home demonstrations a month.

Creativity is a big part of how she helps her 226 customers.

“I just love being able to help people,” she said.

“I have a closed Facebook group, a Facebook page and also a monthly newsletter I do every month, keeping my customers up to date and inspired with their new Thermomix.”

While she seems a natural now, the initial leap into consultancy required her to step out of her comfort zone and see where the challenge could lead her.
