Laura Beauchamp, dubbed Perth’s mystery guardian angel has been leaving gifts for strangers in a suburban shopping centre. The local Close to My Heart consultant has been hiding money, jewellery and other gifts in random places across Rockingham, wanting to spread a little more kindness throughout the world.
