Registration Terms and Conditions:

Application

These Event terms apply to Direct Selling Australia’s events and govern Direct Selling Australia Ltd ACN 639 273 037 (“Direct Selling Australia“) and each person (“Delegate, You or Your“) who has either: (1) registered or enrolled to attend or participate in the Event; or (2) been invited by Direct Selling Australia to attend the Event.

Eligibility Registrations

  • DSA events are open to all current members.
  • If your membership application is in progress during the ticket availability date range, contact DSA to secure tickets to the event. Your membership status will be verified by Direct Selling Australia.

Late Registration

Late registrations, or registrations outside of the prescribed ticket availability date range, are at the sole discretion of DSA. DSA cannot guarantee the availability of all aspects of a particular event if registering inside 4 weeks prior to the event start as there is a risk that some program functions may be fully subscribed.

Transfer of Registration

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other employees from the same organisation.

Transfers can be made by the registered delegate in writing to DSA at [email protected] no later than four weeks prior to the event start. Details must include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number, email address and any dietary requirements. All other registration details will be carried over to the new delegate unless otherwise specified. Transfer of registrations to a new delegate will include the registration and all associated social event tickets.

Should the new delegate not require a portion of an item previously booked by the original delegate no refund will be provided for the unused portion or segment.

Transfers initiated within four weeks of the event start or earlier may not have items designed or purchased on behalf of delegates and/or preferred dietary requirements may be unavailable and no monetary compensation will be given in lieu of these items.

Non-Attendance

No refund will be made for non-attendance at the event and virtual tickets are not refundable once the event has commenced.

Cancellation Statement

All cancellations by delegates must be made in writing to Direct Selling Australia at [email protected].

Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

  1. Cancellations two weeks prior to the event start or earlier will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and the amount of refund depends on monies DSA has already committed on behalf of the delegate that are not recoupable.
  2. Final date to claim refund: To claim applicable refunds for cancellations or alterations, please email [email protected] two weeks prior to event start. Refunds (in part or in full) will only be accepted after this date due to extenuating circumstances and remain at the sole discretion of DSA, but you may choose to transfer your registration to another employee within your organisation by submitting a written request to DSA. Once the event has commenced virtual tickets are not refundable.

Processing time for refunds: Refunds (less applicable administrative fees) will be processed no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.
